Rate Clerk – Night Shift

About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking a dedicated Rate Clerk to work the night shift (4 pm – 2 am). This full‑time position supports billing and client communication for our transportation services.
Key responsibilities
- Rate and audit bills for accuracy.
- Answer high‑volume calls on a multi‑line phone system.
- Redirect calls to the appropriate internal contacts.
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal departments.
- Audit invoices and apply corrections as needed.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Required profile
- Ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency.
- Dependable, well‑organized, and computer literate.
- Excellent office, telephone, and communication skills.
Required skills
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
