Rate Clerk – Full-Time (Shift Options)

About the role

RLC is seeking a Rate Clerk to join its transportation team in Wilmington. This full‑time position offers two shift options (8 am‑6 pm or 4 pm‑2 am) at $16.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and vacation lodging at company resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Rate bills accurately and efficiently.
• Answer high‑volume calls on a multi‑line phone system.
• Redirect calls to the appropriate contacts.
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal departments.
• Audit invoices for corrections.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Required profile

• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable, well‑organized, and computer literate.
• Strong office, telephone, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (basic office software).
