R2P Enablement Specialist

About the role

The R2P Enablement Specialist will support Cabot’s Coupa supplier enablement initiatives, helping suppliers join the Coupa Supplier Portal and ensuring they are correctly configured in the right buying channels. This role works across global regions or assigned categories, bridging procurement, IT, and finance teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive supplier enablement and resolve complex issues.
• Manage end‑to‑end supplier onboarding, update supplier records, and send Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) invitations.
• Collaborate with procure‑to‑pay and source‑to‑pay teams to optimise buying channels, invoicing, and cXML integrations.
• Analyse buying and invoicing data to identify improvement opportunities and prevent system misuse.
• Monitor and troubleshoot portal performance, working with IT and Coupa Support to resolve incidents.
• Conduct regular data cleanses to ensure accurate integration between Coupa and JD Edwards (JDE) systems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, including Purchasing Ethics, Sarbanes‑Oxley 404, and ISO regulations.

Required profile

• Higher education or equivalent experience.
• Several years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and large‑scale supplier management.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
