Quality Technician

About the role

The Quality Technician will join Fibrebond’s production team to ensure that modular building and enclosure products meet engineering, company, and customer specifications. This position involves inspecting both the manufacturing process and finished units, documenting any discrepancies, and collaborating with production staff to resolve quality issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accept/reject inspections of production processes and completed units against engineering drawings, customer specifications, and Quality Travelers.
• Document non‑conformances, communicate findings to the production team, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and support internal audits and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide inspection support across multiple production areas as needed.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Level 2 electrical integration or comparable electrical manufacturing environment.
• Residency within a 50‑mile radius of Minden, LA (military candidates exempt).
• Ability to work the core schedule of 54 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 6 am‑4:30 pm, with occasional Saturday overtime.
