Quality Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead our Return Material Auditor (RMA) lab and document control functions at our Natchitoches, LA facility. The role will drive continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) and support manufacturing operations to ensure products meet global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement quality procedures, specifications and testing standards for raw materials, in‑process and finished goods.
• Prioritize, schedule and delegate work, directly supervising the quality assurance staff.
• Track and report cost‑of‑quality metrics, leading initiatives to reduce scrap and rework while increasing yield.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance, manage internal audit schedules, document non‑conformances and drive corrective‑preventive actions using ETQ.
• Facilitate internal and third‑party audits (ISO, UL, customer).
• Monitor assembly quality processes, maintain audit records and report supplier quality KPIs.
• Support assembly manufacturing operations and maintain accurate quality documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical or related engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Legal work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Lean basic training.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and ETQ quality software.
