About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead plant‑wide quality initiatives in a fast‑growing food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance, quality control, internal and external audits, and corrective action programs.
- Drive root‑cause analysis, monitor key performance indicators, and reduce defects and scrap.
- Support Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve processes and product launches.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply‑chain teams on supplier quality and customer‑facing initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably food production.
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and lead continuous‑improvement efforts.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Required skills
- Quality systems management (ISO standards, audits, corrective actions).
- Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Root‑cause analysis and KPI monitoring.
- Experience with product launches and supplier quality management.
