Quality Manager – Aerospace Metallurgy

About the role

We are building the future of aerospace manufacturing and need a visionary Quality Manager to lead our quality team. This hands‑on position places you at the forefront of operations, directly influencing the safety and reliability of powertrain components.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the quality team across multiple shifts, acting as the primary representative for the Quality department.
• Investigate complex metallurgical issues, including safety‑of‑flight concerns, and communicate findings with regulatory bodies such as the FAA.
• Own and validate training and certification processes for NDT inspections, ensuring the highest standards.
• Serve as the technical expert for heat‑treatment processes on‑site and with external suppliers.
• Perform hands‑on metallurgical analysis, including tensile testing and microscopic grain evaluation of aluminum and steel alloys.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Metallurgy, or Metallurgical Engineering.
• At least five years of proven management experience leading people in a quality‑oriented manufacturing environment.
