Quality Engineer I

About the role

As a Quality Engineer I at Honeywell, you will help maintain and improve product quality and reliability for aerospace operations. Working on‑site in Clearwater, FL, you will support production teams, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support quality assurance activities such as inspections, audits, and process validations to meet aerospace standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply‑chain teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO) and root‑cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes and supplier quality management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
