Quality & EHS Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Quality & EHS Technician to join our state‑of‑the‑art solid carbide drill manufacturing and reconditioning plant in Greer, South Carolina. In this role you will ensure that product dimensions meet strict tolerances while maintaining a safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set and uphold accuracy standards for all measuring equipment.
• Perform, maintain, and coordinate calibration of measurement tools.
• Interpret three‑dimensional manufacturing prints and verify product dimensions.
• Conduct audits of product tolerances and record findings.
• Develop and communicate quality statistics to operators and management.
• Implement and enforce EHS programs, manage consumables inventory, and support hazard reporting.
• Assist with safety audits and OSHA compliance efforts.

Required profile

• Eligible for employment in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Approximately four years of relevant education or work experience in inspection, documentation, or safety programs.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands‑on mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook.
• Calibration of measuring equipment.
• Interpretation of 3‑D manufacturing drawings.
