Quality Director Fab Operations EPIC Center

About the role

The Quality Director for Fab Operations EPIC Center will lead overall quality management across laboratory operations, customer interfaces, security, facilities and product development activities. This senior role ensures quality standards are embedded from design through to end‑of‑life, driving continuous improvement and compliance with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for EPIC overall quality management across lab operations, customer interfaces, security, facilities and business unit interactions.
• Drive the investigation and resolution of customer complaints, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are completed.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the global quality management system, including internal audits, calibration, ISO certification and management reviews.
• Partner with product development and hardware qualification teams to embed quality early in the design of tooling, machines and components.
• Recruit, train, develop and guide the quality team while setting performance measures to monitor business unit quality performance.

Required profile

• Broad understanding of semiconductor lab and fab environments with proven experience in quality management.
• Ability to influence senior executives and external partners, negotiate and drive consensus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to resolve complex quality issues.
• Experience applying industry standards such as ISO and leading internal audits.
