Quality Control Technician

About the role

Verdant Specialty Solutions is looking for a Quality Control Technician to ensure product quality and process consistency at its Palestine, Texas manufacturing plant. You will perform visual, dimensional, and laboratory testing on raw materials, in‑process items, and finished goods, supporting the company’s commitment to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct visual, dimensional, and laboratory inspections of materials and products.
• Document test results, calibration records, and certificates of analysis accurately.
• Identify, report, and help resolve non‑conforming materials or products.
• Support the Quality Management System and maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits and corrective‑action investigations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, perform calibrations, and manage supply inventory.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and plant leadership to address quality concerns.
• Assist with health, safety, security, and environmental programs.
