Quality Control Specialist

About the role

Greenology Products, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure that all incoming materials, in‑process items, and finished products meet strict specifications and customer expectations. You will work closely with production teams, suppliers, and customers to maintain high standards of safety, sustainability, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting non‑conforming items.
• Organize and retain quality records, and write reports documenting deficiencies.
• Perform quality control tests on products and monitor production operations for conformance.
• Approve in‑process production, communicate adjustments to supervisors, and ensure raw‑material compliance.
• Track and investigate customer or product complaints, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality control compliance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong observational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for on‑premise work at CMO locations.
• Professional communication skills and a sense of urgency when interacting with customers, employees, and vendors.
