Quality Control Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Control Coordinator to ensure that raw materials, work‑in‑progress and finished goods meet our high standards. The role involves daily inspections, audit preparation and driving continuous‑improvement initiatives across the converting process.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw material, work‑in‑progress and finished products for compliance.
• Review and improve internal control procedures and business processes.
• Coordinate audit findings with the training coordinator and Quality Manager.
• Manage departmental and division projects aimed at efficiency gains.
• Assist the QA manager or Converting Supervisor in investigating customer complaints.
• Notify supervisors of any process alerts and quarantine non‑conforming items.
• Document and maintain quality data in electronic records.

Required profile

• Associate degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience in Quality Assurance, Document Control or related manufacturing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
