Quality Conformance Manager I

About the role

Airbus Americas, Inc is seeking a Quality Conformance Manager I to join its Mobile, AL facility. You will administer the ongoing development of the Quality Management System and investigate quality issues arising from system failures or design deficiencies to reduce non‑quality costs and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and evolve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Investigate and resolve specific quality issues linked to system failures or design deficiencies.
• Lead complex quality problem resolution and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Set measurement standards and implement improvements to boost performance, reliability and repeatability of processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, company and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in quality management within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to address complex quality challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, production and safety teams.
• Commitment to delivering right‑first‑time outcomes that enhance customer satisfaction.
