About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician I to support its MedTech manufacturing operations in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The role focuses on ensuring product and process quality, compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and products.
- Monitor and report on process deviations, defects, and non‑conformances.
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce rework and defects.
- Support vendor and supplier qualification activities in line with quality standards.
- Document quality findings and maintain records according to regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or scientific education preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
