Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead investigations of returned goods, ensure timely root‑cause analysis, and maintain product integrity for our operations in Morrow, GA. The role works on‑site three days a week with two remote days and reports to the Assistant Director of Quality Assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and prioritize returned goods investigations in the QA queue (Salesforce) and assign tasks to technicians.
• Analyze field service data, generate reports on product and equipment issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (After‑Sales Service, Technical Services, Sales, Marketing).
• Conduct root‑cause analyses, develop corrective and preventive actions, and issue summary reports.
• Perform quality audits, including process audits, ISO internal audits, and preliminary inspections; coordinate third‑party ISO inspections.
• Write and submit Supplier Corrective Actions, follow up with suppliers, and manage SCARs.
• Maintain documentation and procedures for ISO Environmental Management System and Quality Management System.
• Supervise three QA technicians directly and approximately five additional staff indirectly.

Required profile

• Residency within the Atlanta/Morrow, GA region.
• Experience supervising quality assurance personnel.
• Ability to work three days on‑site and two days remotely.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
