Quality Assurance & Control Coordinator

About the role

Centian LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator to support product integrity across its raw‑material distribution business for the nutritional supplement industry. This in‑person position in Raleigh, NC offers hands‑on experience with documentation, sample dispatch, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Format and maintain product and supplier documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Request, review, and approve virtual audit paperwork for suppliers, manufacturers, labs, and warehouses.
• Update product, supplier, and manufacturer information in internal systems.
• Coordinate product sample orders with suppliers and customers.
• Manage product sample inventory.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align documentation with specifications, customer requirements, and FDA/USDA guidelines.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of scientific principles or laboratory environments (a plus).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
