QC Chemist – Quality Control Position

About the role

Surventis is seeking a QC Chemist to join its Greenville, OH laboratory team. The role focuses on guaranteeing the specification quality of both purchased raw materials and site‑manufactured products through robust analytical testing and method management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and validate test methods, SOPs, JTAs and PWIs for QC and production labs.
• Coordinate training on analytical and wet‑chemistry methods and standardize techniques across laboratories.
• Maintain calibration programs for laboratory equipment, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Act as backup for the QC Supervisor and Lab Application Specialist, providing support to laboratory technicians as needed.
• Manage the QC Laboratory ECP and calibration schedule, serving as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Hands‑on experience in a QC laboratory environment.
• Familiarity with environmental and quality policies and safe work practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide backup support.
