About the role
The QC Associate II will act as a Quality Inspector for a pharmaceutical logistics operator, ensuring that all products and processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). The role supports continuous improvement and operational integrity across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Perform inspections, sampling, and release of pharmaceutical products.
- Review technical documentation such as Batch Records and verify packaging conditions.
- Conduct shipment audits, self‑inspections, and maintain quality records.
- Generate quality reports and documentation derived from inspections and sampling activities.
- Support staff training on quality and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and update the Quality Management System and ensure adherence to GMP/GDP standards.
- Manage system access and perform administrative quality tasks.
Required profile
- Experience in pharmaceutical logistics or a related quality control environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements.
- Ability to conduct audits, review documentation, and generate detailed reports.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
