About the role
We are seeking a Python Test Automation Engineer to join our hardware team. You will develop system‑level automation for manufacturing test equipment, working closely with hardware and test engineers to ensure reliable, aerospace‑grade solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Python‑based automation scripts for hardware test systems.
- Develop and maintain code in C and TestStand to control embedded hardware.
- Collaborate with HW engineers to select components and integrate automation solutions.
- Support regulated‑environment projects, ensuring compliance with reliability and aerospace standards.
- Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement of test equipment.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of hardware systems and manufacturing test processes.
- Experience working in regulated or aerospace environments.
- Ability to translate hardware requirements into reliable automation code.
- Team player comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams.
