PWM Wealth Management Associate

About the role

The PWM Wealth Management Associate supports Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience. Acting as a senior member of the service team, you will build trusted relationships through daily client interactions and help drive the advisor’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client support, including relationship cultivation, meeting preparation, and follow‑up tracking.
• Execute client service functions such as money‑movement transactions, order entry, and enrollment in digital tools.
• Assist with business development by coordinating digital and in‑person marketing initiatives, webinars, and client communications.
• Prepare and review client reports, financial plans, and research using firm‑approved systems.
• Collaborate with practice strategy consultants, branch management, and other market stakeholders to align with the advisor’s business plan.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assign work to team members as needed.
• Willingness to stay current on policies, procedures, and new platforms.
• Experience participating in client meetings and representing a service perspective.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital client tools (e.g., MS Online) and firm‑approved financial systems.
