Pump/Stabilizer Operator – 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11:30pm)

About the role

Join Blommer’s production team as a Pump/Stabilizer Operator on the 2nd shift. You will ensure the proper flow of ingredients through the plant’s piping system, maintain recipe integrity, and support overall product quality in a fast‑paced chocolate manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and monitor piping lines, confirming valves are correctly positioned to prevent cross‑contamination.
• Collect, combine, and document ingredients according to recipe specifications.
• Perform regular sample tests (viscosity, fineness, color, flavor, fat) and record results for traceability.
• Maintain HACCP documentation, report non‑conformities, and keep the work area clean.
• Rotate to other production areas as needed and assist teammates throughout the production cycle.

Required profile

• Ability to follow clear instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for accurate ingredient measurement.
• Comfort with reading and writing English.
• Willingness to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lb occasionally.

Required skills

• Basic computer or tablet data‑entry skills.
