Public Relations Intern

About the role

We are a premium luxury‑design brand seeking a motivated Public Relations Intern to support our communications and brand visibility initiatives. This fully remote position is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in PR, communications, marketing, or journalism.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant media outlets, journalists, bloggers, influencers and industry publications for outreach.
• Maintain and update media contact databases to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in drafting press releases, media advisories, company announcements and other communications materials.
• Monitor media coverage, press mentions and industry news; prepare regular coverage reports for internal stakeholders.
• Prepare press kits, brand fact sheets, executive biographies and other media resources.
• Track incoming media inquiries and help ensure timely follow‑up.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to spot trends and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media and creative teams to keep brand messaging consistent.
• Support measurement and reporting of PR campaign performance using media monitoring and analytics tools.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational abilities and comfort conducting online research.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work environment.
