Public Relations Coordinator

About the role

POP MART is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to join its Culver City office. The role will support celebrity and influencer relations, product seeding, media outreach, and event execution, helping to amplify the company’s IP‑driven brands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute celebrity and VIP engagement strategies, managing day‑to‑day communication with representatives, stylists and talent managers.
• Coordinate gifting and product‑seeding initiatives, track placements across social media, press and red‑carpet appearances, and maintain contact databases.
• Execute strategic product‑seeding programs aligned with launches, collaborating with marketing, retail and e‑commerce teams, and monitor ROI.
• Assist media relations by drafting press releases, media alerts and pitches, coordinating interviews and event coverage, and compiling coverage reports.
• Write and edit press materials, fact sheets, media kits, executive bios and talking points, ensuring brand voice consistency.
• Support planning and execution of PR events, pop‑ups, store openings and launch activations, including guest‑list coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations, celebrity/influencer engagement or media outreach.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining accurate relationship databases.
