Key responsibilities

• Examine patients, diagnose psychiatric conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct medical services, including medication management and psychotherapy.
• Supervise and direct nurses, aides, and support staff in patient care.
• Participate in the oversight of clinical operations within the department.
• Engage in research activities and quality improvement projects as needed.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible psychiatrist.
• Valid medical license to practice in Georgia.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care and adhering to ethical standards.
