Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Remote, Colorado)

About the role

Lavender is seeking licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to provide tele‑psychiatric care to clients throughout Colorado. This remote position offers flexibility to set your own schedule within our operating hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and develop collaborative treatment plans.
• Prescribe medication, deliver talk therapy, or combine both modalities as needed.
• Follow up with clients at least monthly to monitor treatment efficacy and adjust care plans.
• Document all encounters accurately in the electronic health record.

Required profile

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and active Colorado Psychiatric NP license.
• ANCC board certification and active Colorado DEA registration.
• Minimum two years of experience in adult mental health.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation abilities.
• Own computer and a quiet, professional space for telehealth sessions.
