Propulsion Delivery Operations Team Lead – A220 (Mobile, AL)

About the role

The A220 Propulsion Delivery Operations Team Lead will manage all propulsion‑related activities on the Airbus production line in Mobile, Alabama, from engine arrival through final aircraft delivery. Reporting locally to the Head of Procurement Operations US FALs and functionally to the Head of A220 Propulsion in Mirabel, the role ensures seamless continuity of production and delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate propulsion system topics across the Mobile production line.
• Ensure all propulsion items are closed for critical aircraft milestones such as FAL Operational Test and Technical Acceptance Completion.
• Support production and delivery continuity in line with Airbus POA requirements.
• Liaise with procurement, engineering, and propulsion teams to resolve issues and maintain schedule integrity.

Required profile

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or aircraft production environments.
• Familiarity with propulsion system handling and delivery processes.
• Ability to work within Airbus production standards and milestone-driven schedules.
