Project/Program Manager – Materials Engineering

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, milestones, and resource plans to ensure effective execution.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to product/process specifications.
• Document all phases of development and ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and confidentiality policies.
• Optimize utilization of material and financial resources.
• Lead high‑risk, complex projects and develop execution strategies.
• Collaborate with other teams to maximize productivity and incorporate new technologies into Applied Materials products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in organizational effectiveness, enterprise program management, and strategic workforce planning.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and influence senior stakeholders.
