Project Supervisor

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a full‑time Project Supervisor to lead cleaning operations across multiple sites within a defined geographic area. The role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of cleaners and oversee daily tasks at various locations.
• Ensure efficient execution of cleaning work within established timelines.
• Coordinate personnel schedules, communicate project timelines, and manage on‑site logistics.
• Perform surface cleaning, carpet extraction, window washing, minor wall repairs, trash removal, and restroom servicing.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning agents.
• Move furniture and equipment manually or with hand carts as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures for chemical cleaners and electrical equipment, secure the building after hours, and verify safe use of electrical devices.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of building maintenance, cleaning procedures, and related safety requirements.
• Ability to maintain tools and equipment, including basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and set clear expectations.
• Proven problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Operation of cleaning equipment and basic tool maintenance.

What we offer

• Starting wage of $15.76 per hour.
• Flexible 5‑hour daily shifts, rotating between 4 am–12 pm.
