Project Specialist – Installation Support

About the role

Renuity is looking for a Project Specialist to provide administrative support to Install Managers, ensuring efficient operation of all installations and delivering world‑class customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain job folders, process sales/contract orders, and upload contract documentation daily.
• Assist the Install Manager with scheduling installation dates, service requests, ordering materials, and pulling building permits.
• Coordinate with customers, installers, vendor partners, and internal staff to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide exceptional phone support, answering queries, resolving issues, and obtaining necessary information.
• Maintain accurate communication via phone and email, ensuring all duties are completed with high quality and timeliness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in an office environment with scheduling and direct customer service responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to resolve problems.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
