Project & Production Manager, Brand

About the role

Okta’s Brand Ops & Production team is seeking a hands‑on Project & Production Manager to serve as the operating engine behind all Brand Strategy initiatives. You will translate a broad portfolio of brand‑related priorities into a sequenced, executable plan and ensure delivery on time, at quality standards, and with full transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Support project and production management for brand campaigns, customer and partnership content, paid creator programs, video content, and brand enablement efforts.
• Run end‑to‑end project management for priorities owned by Brand Strategy, coordinating creative, production, distribution, and measurement in a single plan.
• Build and maintain the plan of record in the project‑management system, tracking every task, deadline, dependency, and review step.
• Create work‑backs, sequence work across multiple concurrent priorities, and surface dependencies early.
• Onboard new vendors and agencies, handling contracts, procurement, access setup, and briefing on brand systems.
• Traffic creative assets, manage version control, and route deliverables to the right partners and channels.
• Drive logistics and production for brand initiatives, taking direct ownership where required.
• Communicate status updates clearly, providing both project‑level changes and regular roll‑ups for overall visibility.
• Manage timelines, reviews, and approvals, including legal and customer sign‑offs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operating mindset with a focus on speed, urgency, and execution excellence.
• Proven ability to coordinate creative, production, distribution, and measurement activities.
• Experience building detailed project plans, work‑backs, and managing dependencies.
• Strong vendor and agency onboarding experience, including contract and procurement coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for status reporting and stakeholder alignment.
