Project Manager – Trading & Supply (Endur Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a technically dense, enterprise‑wide change programme focused on trading and supply operations. The role will centre on delivering platform upgrades and major release validations for the Endur ETRM system while coordinating multiple technical workstreams and vendor dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver programmes, projects and workstreams on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage structured governance, milestones, RAID logs and decision‑escalation processes.
• Coordinate technical teams across environments, DBA, application, custom code and testing workstreams.
• Oversee external vendor relationships, license delivery, release notes and product roadmap alignment.
• Prioritise change work against BAU activities and communicate trade‑offs to senior stakeholders.
• Provide concise executive updates, highlighting risks, required decisions and next steps.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale platform upgrades, regression or smoke‑test programmes.
• Ability to turn ambiguous estimates into disciplined execution through structured governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Experience working under constrained capacity and making credible trade‑off decisions.
• Demonstrated ETRM knowledge, preferably with Endur, and familiarity with trading and supply domains.
