Project Manager - Scrum/Agile

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Agile delivery of digital initiatives in a hybrid New York environment. You will partner closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track, risks are mitigated, and value is delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Agile project execution using Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Coordinate activities across multiple cross‑functional teams, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, monitor Agile metrics (velocity, burndown), and report performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to create, prioritize, and maintain a well‑structured product backlog.
• Protect the development team from interruptions, foster transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coach teams to advance Agile maturity and support change‑management initiatives through communication and training.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or leading Scrum teams.
• Strong track record managing cross‑functional digital or technology projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Scrum Master certification preferred.
