Project Manager, Quality & Transformation

About the role

Airbus Flexrotor is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a customer‑centric Quality Management System (QMS) and Business Management System (BMS) for its unmanned aviation program. The role combines strategic quality expertise with business acumen to drive efficient, agile transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment and continuous improvement of the QMS and BMS across the Flexrotor program.
• Define a simplified, customer‑focused BMS framework and ensure alignment with departmental processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional department heads to map, document, standardise and optimise end‑to‑end business processes.
• Establish governance structures, decision‑making pathways and escalation processes.
• Support change‑management activities to embed new quality and business practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality engineering and project management within a fast‑moving technical environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate quality concepts into practical, customer‑centric solutions.
• Agile mindset and ability to act as a change agent across multiple functions.
