Project Manager – Program Management (Bossier City)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Program Management department in Bossier City, LA. The role will serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and third‑party consultants throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP), defining team structure, schedule, and resource estimates.
• Lead project kick‑off meetings, conduct quality‑control reviews, and coordinate daily field activities.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
• Prepare and present monthly progress reports, revenue summaries, and detailed reviews for senior management.
• Manage project documentation using a web‑based PMIS, including RFIs, ASIs, submittals, change orders, and invoicing.
• Monitor scope changes, evaluate budget and schedule impacts, and negotiate fee adjustments with clients.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and other Project Managers to resolve scheduling or technical conflicts.
• Ensure proper project close‑out, retention of records, and compliance with corporate policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or engineering environments.
• Strong ability to act as the company representative with clients and subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Experience preparing project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Familiarity with project close‑out procedures and documentation retention policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a web‑based Project Management Information System (PMIS).
