Project Manager – Non‑IT (Procurement PMO)

About the role

Join Nike’s Procurement PMO as a Project Manager responsible for leading non‑IT initiatives that span business and technology workstreams. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with functional teams, vendor partners, and IT stakeholders to deliver structured, repeatable project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects across business and technology, coordinating functional teams and external vendors.
• Maintain a complete, accurate project plan with milestones, owners, and dates.
• Facilitate technical workstream meetings, capture decisions, assign actions, and follow through.
• Manage integration timelines, flag risks early, and present trade‑off options.
• Coordinate solution architects, data and testing resources, and business stakeholders.
• Drive accountability across cross‑functional teams and uphold PMO standards.
• Contribute to PMO artifacts such as templates, status reports, RAID logs, and workstream charters.

Required profile

• Experience with procurement or contingent‑workforce platforms.
• Background supporting global rollouts with regional activation components.
• Prior work in a large, matrixed corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work alongside architects and engineers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Smartsheets for project planning, reporting, and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills for data tracking and analysis.
• PowerPoint expertise for executive‑facing status updates.
