Project Manager – Multichannel Brand Delivery

About the role

The Project Manager will own and drive the delivery of multichannel brand projects from planning through final execution. Working within an agency environment, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mid‑complexity, multichannel projects from concept to deployment under senior guidance.
• Utilize internal tools (WorkFront, Egnyte, Microsoft Teams) to track progress, document decisions, and generate reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, managing timelines, risks, and issue escalation.
• Prepare and circulate financial, timesheet, and status reports; support scope and estimate development.
• Collaborate with Creative, Editorial, Strategy, Technology, Finance, and Account teams to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience managing agency‑type projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while supporting senior project leadership.
