Project Manager – Medical Communications

About the role

Omnicom Health Medical Communications is seeking a Project Manager to own and drive client deliverables for assigned brands. You will guide development efforts, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mid‑complexity, multichannel projects from concept through deployment.
• Enforce internal procedures and leverage project‑management tools for accurate execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project matters, overseeing third‑party vendors and client relationships.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Account, Finance, Creative, Technology, and Strategy teams.
• Advise on creative concept feasibility, plan resource assignments, identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Maintain detailed administrative records to support agency workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in project management, production, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and financial aptitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing and advertising is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
• Basic knowledge of project‑management and financial‑management tools.
