Project Manager - Luxury Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead high‑end residential construction projects within our Commissioned Private Residences department in Long Island City, NY. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, from pre‑construction planning through closeout, ensuring every detail meets the company’s standards of quality, precision, and service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned luxury residential projects, from budgeting and scheduling to execution and closeout.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Develop, monitor, and report detailed project budgets, financial statements, and schedules.
• Review and approve subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and oversee cash flow.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify safety, quality, and design intent.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents, fostering professional growth.
• Coordinate final inspections, punch‑list completion, and delivery of Owner’s Manuals.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of multi‑trade construction methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of handling complex budgets, schedules, and teams with precision.
