About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑profile luxury high‑rise and mid‑rise construction projects in Miami. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align on specifications.
• Monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder reports.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate project updates and address client concerns effectively.
• Lead project teams, fostering accountability and teamwork.

• Proven experience managing construction projects in the property sector.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
