Project Manager

About the role

Aperia Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise projects for a key client in the payments space. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure alignment with agile practices, and drive project delivery from initiation to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate project planning sessions, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master, Client Engagement Manager and Product Owner to maintain a cohesive project roadmap.
• Monitor sprint and release progress against the project plan and adjust as needed.
• Produce project plans, estimates and deliverables following SDLC methodologies.
• Report on project status, milestones and issues to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure development teams adhere to core agile principles such as collaboration, prioritisation and visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to deliver technical software solutions using Waterfall, Iterative and Agile models.
• Strong understanding of project management concepts, deliverables and techniques.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
