Project Manager

About the role

Join Aperia Solutions, a fast‑growing fintech consultancy, as a Project Manager overseeing enterprise‑level initiatives for a key payments client. You will drive project planning, execution and delivery within an Agile environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate project planning sessions, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master, Client Engagement Manager and Product Owner to maintain a cohesive project roadmap.
• Track sprint and release progress against the overall project schedule and report status, milestones and issues.
• Produce project plans, estimates and deliverables following SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
• Ensure development teams adhere to core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritisation and transparency.
• Interface with internal analysts, technical staff and client stakeholders to resolve resource conflicts and communicate project health.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in an Agile software‑development setting.
• Proven ability to manage technical solutions using SDLC approaches that include Waterfall, Iterative and Agile models.
• Strong organisational and conflict‑resolution skills with a data‑driven, measurement‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
