Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at Noble Studios, you will lead day‑to‑day execution of multiple client initiatives, turning business goals into actionable digital strategies. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high‑impact outcomes in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into detailed project plans, timelines, briefs and documentation.
• Proactively manage risk, monitor budgets and optimise team utilisation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate internal and client meetings to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Motivate marketers, creatives and digital engineers to meet project milestones.
• Communicate progress clearly to all stakeholders and champion quality assurance.
• Travel occasionally for in‑person client engagements and team collaboration.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• 3+ years working in a creative or marketing‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑phase projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong documentation, organisational and meeting‑facilitation skills.
• Experience collaborating with remote or distributed teams.
