Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of office furniture and workplace projects across the United States. Acting as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, installation partners, and Molteni&C’s UniFor headquarters in Italy, you will ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate bid preparation and maintain communication with UniFor headquarters to finalize quotations.
• Review technical drawings, layouts, and specifications to assess feasibility and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct site surveys, verify dimensions, and identify risks before execution.
• Oversee installation activities, perform quality inspections, and manage punch‑list items.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, track costs, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular project updates, maintain documentation, and report risks.
• Support accounts receivable collection and assist with financial reconciliation at project closeout.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction or interior‑fit‑out projects.
