Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects, including substations and high‑voltage power systems, for clients across the United States. This position oversees the full project lifecycle from award through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Lead client communication and coordinate project activities.
• Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and allocation of project resources.
• Handle change orders, contracts, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Support estimating, bid development, and proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with engineering and field teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor project risks, costs, and performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electrical construction or power infrastructure.
• Experience managing projects valued at $2M or more.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
