Project Manager

About the role

R.R. Cassidy, a Quanta Services company, is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. The role requires a detail‑oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control project schedules, resources, and budgets, continuously monitoring job costs.
• Coordinate with the estimation team on bid proposals and identify future opportunities.
• Track daily production outputs, generate production logs, and submit QA/QC reports.
• Create and manage RFIs, change orders, and job‑specific procedures.
• Identify and communicate resource delays, permitting or Right‑of‑Way issues.
• Ensure contract milestones and stipulations are met.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and General Superintendents to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the primary contact for off‑site administrative teams, handling timesheets, invoices, and other paperwork.
• Manage equipment rentals, leases, breakdowns, relocations, and ensure consumables are on site when needed.

Required profile

• College degree; relevant construction or project management experience preferred.
• Current TWIC card or ability to obtain one.
• Strong commitment to safety practices.
• Self‑motivated, able to multitask, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
