Project Manager

About the role

Pavion is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead initiatives within its security business unit. You will coordinate fire, security, and communication integration projects for clients across multiple industries, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party contractors to meet milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and solutions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day project performance and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, schedules, and change orders.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitate collaboration, and drive project closeout with client sign‑offs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in security, fire alarm, or AV technology projects.
