About the role
The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they stay within agreed budget, timeline, and scope. The role involves continuous monitoring and clear communication of project status to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain project timelines and milestones.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and budget.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members on progress and issues.
- Coach and support project team members in completing assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and other project managers to embed compliance and risk considerations into daily software development workflows.
- Document controls, audits, and compliance checks to meet regulatory and internal standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
