Project Manager

About the role

Hargrove is seeking a Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects from inception to delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage promotional and commercial engineering projects, estimating professional services hours and controlling costs.
• Oversee contract administration, invoice processing, change notices, and monthly earnings reporting.
• Track schedule, budget, and quality metrics using project tools and maintain up‑to‑date project plans in Vision.
• Coordinate with engineering resource leaders, client teams, and vendors to define scope, deliverables, and design criteria.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings, communicate plans, and align expectations across all stakeholders.
• Review engineering documents, vendor submittals, and fabrication drawings for compliance with specifications and project objectives.
• Ensure standard project processes are followed throughout engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing moderately complex engineering projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract management, invoicing, and change‑order processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Ability to track performance budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
