Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead day‑to‑day execution of multiple client initiatives at Noble Studios. You will translate business goals into actionable digital strategies, keep projects on schedule and budget, and rally cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Convert client objectives into detailed project plans, timelines, briefs and documentation.
• Monitor budgets, manage risk and optimise team utilisation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate internal and client meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Motivate and coordinate marketers, designers, developers and digital engineers to meet deliverables.
• Communicate progress clearly to all stakeholders and champion quality assurance.
• Travel occasionally for in‑person client engagements and team collaboration.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑phase projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong documentation, organisational and meeting‑facilitation skills.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Task‑management tools such as Jira, Asana or Workamajig.
• Working knowledge of WordPress for content updates and page management.
